Time For Lunch

I found another version of Frieda in her “Throne” and prepared a print yesterday. Unbelievable how she has changed in the meantime ….:)
Taken with the Pentax 6×7 on Kodak Tri-X@400 developed in D76 as usual. The 6×7 is sold until Saturday….but was replaced by a 67II

Who´s That Girl

I think it was a good idea to stop posting for some weeks but with the beginning of 2010 it only could become better….:)
This one shows Frieda at the beach at Texel in the Netherlands. The shot was taken with the M6 on Rollei Superpan 200 Fim exposed at 160 ASA, developed in Finol and [...]

Escape

The first shot from the island of Texel this year. I remembered that I have about 50 Rollei Superpan 200 films in the freezer and decided to take some with me to use it with the M6. This was taken in the evening when most of the tourists already had left the beach.

Another one from the same morning. Joshua was happy playing near the water and either hunting “seafood” or building fragile “monuments”

The Last One

This shot shows the last cigarrette I have ever smoked (hopefully). After almost 3 weeks of non-smoking it is getting easier to resist but sometimes I have to recognize that 30 years of addiction are not that easy to erase.  But having a look arround I see a lot of good reasons keep my lighters [...]

The Dead And The Living

I started Lithprinting some months ago. As expected the first results were a bit “critical” but after some additional sessions I now know at least a bit what to do if a print needs more contrast or color. But I think this special field in printing is real science and one can spend years to [...]
